Return Policy
Naturmetic does not have a specific return policy because everyone's skin is different. Please contact "customerexperience@naturmetic.com", if you are unsatisfied with any Naturmetic product for any reason. Please include the details of your concern.  Refunds are issued in the original form of payment – so if you used your Visa credit card to order, that’s where we’ll credit your refund.
 
Damaged Products / Wrong Item Shipped 
If you receive any items in error or receive defective product, please email us at "customerexperience@naturmetic.com" and we will facilitate product replacement at no charge.
 
Membership Policy
In order to offer such an incredible discount, Naturmetic does not accept any returns or allow cancellation of any Memberships. Fully understand that your credit card will be billed monthly on the original day of membership. We offer memberships in 6 and 12 month increments with a 39% discount off of retail. If you have any questions about Memberships please contact us at "customerexperience@naturmetic.com". 
 
Sales Tax
If your billing address state and ZIP are in the same state and/or ZIP as our shipping facility, you may be charged applicable state and municipal sales taxes. If this is the case, you’ll see this tax noted on your order summary during checkout and again on your order confirmation and shipping invoice.
